We rate StartLogic as second - but you may put it first...
 

StartLogic offers a lot - it is nearly overwhelming. But... there are two or three small flaws which may just reflect our taste and could well be seen differently from your perspective:

Firstly, cPanel is more or less the industry standard for webhosting control panels. But they use something different. Not bad, more or less equivalent, but - not the same.

Second, the number of data bases is limited to 25.

"Fantastico" is missing, too.
